Vizaido is an AI-powered creative platform operated by Vizaido Ltd, registered in England & Wales. We help individuals and businesses generate professional ad creatives, logos, posters, UGC ads, video and visual content from simple prompts and business details.

Using Vizaido

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive activity.

Plans & Billing

Vizaido may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled.

Your Content

You own the creative outputs you generate on Vizaido, subject to these Terms and the rights of any third-party assets you upload or include. Paid subscribers may use outputs commercially, unless otherwise restricted by law or platform rules.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Vizaido to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing content. You must not impersonate others, scrape, misuse the platform, or resell access to third parties.

Liability

Vizaido is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may vary in quality, accuracy, and suitability. You use all content at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
