What are Vizaido credits?
Credits power image and video generations across Vizaido. Every new account starts with 50 free credits. Starter includes 700 credits per month; Pro includes 2,000. Usage varies by creative type.
How do video generations use credits?
Image and video generations use credits. Costs vary by creative type; check the current credit costs in the app when choosing a generation.
How does annual billing work?
Starter is $89 per year and Pro is $199 per year, billed annually in one payment. The whole year's credits are added up front: 8,400 on Starter and 24,000 on Pro.
Which tools are included?
Both plans include access to all AI models, high-resolution downloads, commercial usage rights, private creations and in-app support. Pro gives you nearly three times the credits of Starter.
Can I use my creations commercially?
Both paid plans include commercial usage rights. The Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Access continues until the end of your paid period. Refer to the Refund Policy for refund conditions.
