Refund
Policy
We want you to be happy with Vizaido. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
Subscription Refunds
If you are on a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used. Refunds after 7 days or where the plan has been substantially used are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
Completed Generations
Generations that have been successfully completed are generally non-refundable because the service has already been delivered. This applies regardless of whether you are satisfied with the creative output.
Manual Request Refunds
If you purchase a Manual Request and are not satisfied with the delivered creative, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may either revise the work or issue a refund at our discretion.
Technical Issues
If a generation fails due to a fault on our end and your allowance was affected, we will restore it promptly. If a technical issue prevents you from using the platform for an extended period, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit or refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@vizaido.ai with your account email and a brief description of your reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
